DREAM

DREAM stands for Disability, Recreation, Education and Advisory Meetings. We are a group of disabled people (any disability) aged between 18 and 65 in Northwest Leeds, Ilkley and surrounding West Yorkshire areas in England who meet every week. Our aims are to: •Combat social isolation •Support disabled people’s recreational needs •Share information and sources of assistance to aid independence and life planning for disabled people •Build a local resource / information base around disability issues •Be available to share information with the local community •Be involved in the planning and development of local services that affect disabled people.
